Important information
If your query relates to any of the topics below, please see the relevant guidance. Our team will not respond to any queries regarding the below guidance.
New patients
Thank you for choosing our service. Once your registration has been processed, our team will send you the relevant forms to complete. There is no need to contact us to check if your information has been received. If anything is missing or outstanding, we will contact you directly before your appointment.
Just had your appointment?
Your clinician will already have explained the process for obtaining a prescription, accessing services, and booking review appointments. If you are unsure, please refer to your post-assessment email, which contains full details of the next steps.
Repeat prescriptions
We will contact you 7–10 days before your prescription is due to begin processing. Once we have received your completed request form, up-to-date measurements and any required payment, your posted prescription or ITH Health medication order will be processed using the appropriate route. Please do not contact us to chase prescriptions or request them earlier if we are still within the 10-day period. If there are any issues with your prescription or medication order, a member of our Prescription Team will contact you directly. Otherwise, we will not respond to enquiries covered in this guidance.
Medication review appointments
All patients are encouraged to book their next medication review appointment in advance. We offer a range of appointment types, and our website explains how these work and which option may be most suitable for you. If you need to be seen sooner, the quickest way to receive medication advice is through a TOMIS appointment, which is managed within 7 days. For safety reasons, we are unable to make changes to medication outside of the appointment system. We appreciate your understanding, as this helps us ensure that any changes are made appropriately and safely.
Urgent and emergency help
ADHD Direct is not an emergency service. If you need urgent medical advice and cannot wait for routine care, phone 111. In an emergency or if there is an immediate risk to life, phone 999 or go to A&E.
